Where we ship

Project Found currently ships within the United States only (domestic shipping via USPS).

Processing time

Every order is decanted by hand after it is placed, so please allow 1-3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch it. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times and rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout using USPS Ground Advantage, based on your address, order weight and package size, so you pay actual postage rather than a flat fee.

Orders of $100 or more ship free.

Delivery estimates start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place it.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Delivery addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery and additional postage may apply.

Delayed or lost parcels

Once an order leaves us it is in the carrier's hands. If your tracking has not updated for [X] business days, get in touch and we will help you chase it.
